Selatra Training on 060109

Finally Im back for training after the hospitalisation leave.

Me: Training was Funnnn!!

Hazwan: No!! It was awesome.

Me: Haha!! Yeahh!! Agreee!!

So we did running with the medicine balls. 5Kg and 3Kg to be exact. And we jogged to an open space beside W4 where we had fun competing against the guys and girls. There were running with partners with rubber bands on, ouh kay, Idk what that activity is but I tell you, Farah was super Fassttt!!!! *ppfffffttttttt*

Termengah mengah aku dibuatnyer! *chuckles*. So, below were just few shots that we took after training. And BTW, I'll be performing for RP's openhouse this Saturday. Together with Fiiez, Nina, Boss and Fir.

So right after training, me, Fiiez, Dan and Hazwan headed to LJS and we had our supper there. To be truthful, I was famished but then I felt that nothing can be swallowed down the throat. LOL. Then, Hazwan the rose maker started to make roses out of tissues.



Awwww... Look at Dan and Fiiez!! So suweeet laaar *giggles*

And I guess, that will be all for now... Proposal writing today??? Easyy!!! *chuckles* FYI, Im so gonna catch up on TWILIGHT again.... *grins*
